The “Gaza Envelope” term grew with the construction of military-agricultural frontier settlements In the establishment of Israel. After various restrictions have blocked the Gaza Strip for the past twenty years, most Palestinian workers are no longer allowed to enter Israel and since then the agricultural settlements have become completely dependent on migrant workers from Thailand. In the last round of fighting, two workers were killed by a rocket hit at their place of residence. In his performative lecture, the artist offers a psychogeographical, creative and associative analysis of the area, using forensic and landscape images, moving between concepts of territory, land and soot.
