A musical installation featuring live performances by the department’s students and graduates
A collaborative piece by all the students participating in the course, created layer after layer from “raw materials” used by each student to create more complex processed materials, which will be combined into one continuous collaborative piece.
Ritualistic and ceremonial, the works employ archetypes and incomprehensible languages to express desires, passions, fears, and anxieties that exist in the real world. The space will host live shows by 2nd and 3rd year students, adding further layers to the central work while using the original raw materials.
Participants: Tom Maor, Aya Gavriel, Omri De–Picciotto and 2nd year students from the Music Department
Instructor: Avi Berman
